My Account

The My Account dialog box provides information about your subscription, expiration date, and the time remaining for your paid account. You can also renew your subscription and select add-ons using Renew My Subscription.

1. To access My Account, click the My Account link on the right corner.

The Your Account dialog box opens.

2. Click Close to close the Your Account dialog box.

To renew your subscription

1. Click Renew My Subscription

The Confirmation Required screen appears indicating that you will be taken to the ArcGIS Business Analyst Online renewal pages.

2. Click Go.

The renewal page appears where you can renew your subscription and select add-ons.
